we are
St. Thomas is located on historic Isle of
Hope, at the northwest corner of Cornus Drive and St. Thomas Avenue.
Our mission
Our mission is to love and serve God and to
share the love of Christ with others. We do so through worship, fellowship,
Christian education, and outreach to mission work at home and abroad.
How we began
Episcopalians
who resided on the Isle of Hope kept a mission in operation starting before 1859.
With the dedication of
members like Charles S. Hardee and Anna Elizabeth Roberts (and more recent members), the
mission became a parish in 1954.
